Regard for you issue for error "sufficient privileges to perform the requested" can you try to replace this file at JoomlaFolder\components\com_easydiscuss\views\ask\view.html.php

- The file attached is the same file that you have in your folder. My colleague thought that you have the same issue as our known bug. I believe that you have other issue and that's why I want to access your FTP to troubleshoot your site.

Not really sure what do you mean here, but my colleagues need the FTP access to troubleshoot your issue. I believe you need to create the FTP user with the ability to access your public_html folder in your cpanel.

If you check the thread, your colleague is not asking for FTP access. He said he FTPed in and check empty folder? What is empty ?

Seems like there is a bug in our code (../components/com_easydiscuss/views/ask/view.html.php) when using a Multitier category selection. We will fix this in the next release of Easydiscuss.
