If you are accessing through the toolbar, then it is directly accessing the profile view. If you click on the person's name on the profile page, you will get the permalink to the profile page.

From the one of the attachment, you can see the ES dashboard modules on the left, so when I scroll the activities stream, the ES dashboard modules not showing again, you will from the second attachment that there is nothing on the left and right of the activities stream logs, but what I want is for the sides module to be static. Stay on while scrolling through the stream

Unfortunately currently that was not possible to achieve this in current system.
