User Registration Please help

Hi,

when users are registering on the site, they see the following window (please see picture).
Now, it says "Don't have an account? Register" ...

and users are providing their names.

Now the problem arises, ES is not asking for more registration information and just says registration is complete. It is not asking for any e-mail and information like that.

Is that a bug?

Please help.

It is urgent.

In the second picture you can see that after entering the names, the system says registration completed. But no e-mail address has been submitted from the user

Once again,

I just fixed the issue. It is a matter on how you set up the setting in ES.

Under registration you must set mini registration to FULL.

Dear ES team, please make that as a default setting.

The current configuration is very confusing.

Hello Akap,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Thanks for the heads up on this, will take note on this but the real issue here is actually because you did not enable the email / full name in the mini registration.
