How do you get the user registration to show up on the home page. I'm using the Vanilla template and tried everything, I am lost. I need to to look like your Vanilla demo Template user registration on the home page.

It seems like I was unable to access your site, you can check my attached screenshot below.
By the way, you can try create a menu item for "Easysocial - user dashboard" and set this menu item as default homepage, it should show the same page like what you see on our vanilla demo site.
