Hello, I recently switched from Jomsocial to EasySocial, and now I have a problem with user registration.

New users become stuck in a loop. After they select the PayPlans level they want (screenshot 01), they are asked to create an account (screenshot 02), and then after they fill in their information (screenshot 03), they are asked to create an account again (screenshot 04).
Hey Neiger,

Can you update us with your site Ftp Details also so that we can debug this issue further as I can't replicate it on my local site?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

After we checked this long hour ago, but we still unable to figure out what is the issue caused this, something is strange some where, but we will investigating it and we will keep you update regarding this.

Can we have the permission to re-install Payplans on your staging site?

You may reinstall payplans as long as the purchase history is not removed.

Hey Neiger,

After trying again and again we are able to replicate this issue locally. This issue is coming only if registration form have more then one steps and Registration type is set to normal Registration (Auto Login).

I've already logged this into our issue tracker and will include in upcoming release.
For now to resolve this issue at your site, i've applied some temporary fix in below mentioned file.
/administrator/components/com_payplans/includes/registration/adapters/easysocial.php

Please take a look again on this issue and update us if still issue persist.

Hey Manisha,

FYI. This same problem came up again when I updated to the latest release 4.0.8. I had to re-upload the modified registration adapter file to correct it.

I've updated the staging site user account and FTP information on my original post.

To be clear, I do not need you to make any changes to my website.
I'm just letting you know that your latest release of PayPlans did not include the fix that Manisha attached. You will want to make sure it's included in the next release.

Thanks for getting back to us, I will not modify your live site since you already provided us with your staging site.

Can you watch my video here http://take.ms/Usvvd and see whether I did reproduce this issue wrongly? Because it seems like it doesn't keep redirecting after I done the registration form, it did redirect back to the invoice confirmation page.

Or you mean only happen on the payment step?

Manisha has already corrected the problem:

I am sorry that I still lost here.

The fix is already included in the latest version of Payplans 4.0.8 , because we did addressed some other issue as well, this is why if you compare the files, the code will be different.

I just want to investigate this on your staging site since you mentioned that issue still persists after you updated to 4.0.8 version, so I would like to know is it some where the code is not handle this issue properly with the latest code.

After that, I did checked this file JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_payplans/includes/registration/adapters/easysocial.php on your staging site, it already used the latest file (4.0.8 version) and I was unable to replicate this issue.

Perhaps you can try replicate this issue on staging site and see if the issue still persists? (do not replace that fix file as what Manisha attached in earlier)

Keep us update regarding this.
