Gpdr and SocialFieldsUserDiscuss_signature error when registering as a new user

Dear support i bought the component GPDR from storejextensions.org i asked someone from their stuff to make sure that it is configured ok.. my problem begins when i add in easysocial on users workflow the signature discuss app field.. then
the policy link and checkbox for acceptance of it disappears from the registration form and if i press submit to create a new user..
i get the error in the image. I have disable it for now so new users can create their accounts can you please have a look on this?

Sorry for the late reply, do your current template provider has response your issue yesterday?
can you please sugest me some tamplates that you know that play legit with your components so maybe we can dodge all this?

Hi there,

Seems like there is bug regarding this, I've fix this in the file:
.../media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/discuss_signature/discuss_signature.php
Can you give it another try?

Ok now it seems registration is working But it ignores the policy buttons on registration they just dont load and on profile you should have the export csv and and xls and delete button-----(delete button in account is superuser does not show by default...)

I send you two the two images their names show wich one is profile or registration form....!!
i disabled the signuture field so that you can see what i mean.

Hi there,

This is quite rare issue, as it seems related with template and browser, here is some of my finding:
This issue not happened in Chrome browser as you can see: http://take.ms/s7SvR
However, the issue has arose when I'm access the page using Firefox browser with your current template, and once I change to default joomla template (protostar) it was working fine http://take.ms/rfgTM
We still investigate this issue further, however, can you consult this with your template provider as well, in case they know something about this?

how will summarize all this to open a third case d: Ok take a look i need the signature only for moderators anyway so i can add them and from easydiscuss backend its not an issue for me now because i create this. accounts anyway for doctors who want to be in our support team. I will make a sum of it and i will contact shape 5 if they can find something that will help us for this.I need to sleep this 8hours difference makes it difficult for me.

After your last changes you made now i can not see the policy....checkbox in the registration form neither on chrome or firefox
when the (discusssignature is not pressent.) either ....delete and export buttons work ok on profile edit...

this fixed only the issue in my registration form....without the forum signature.sorry....and even the button there easysocial registration ignores the checkbox if checked or not.

ok registration form seems to work and policy...needs to be checked for submition i saw you logged in as test002
but no pop up that says something is missing please check...the forms needed etc

please dont do nothing until yesterday at 12 this things i beleive were all fine until this guy from gpdr i will make a backup....and restor to see if this was correct....

users have managed to register again without the signaturefield so i leave as it is for now i will add signatures manually from backend....can you please sugest me some tamplates that you know that play legit with your components so maybe we can dodge all this?
