I noticed that the rank of some users does not change or is incorrect, although the points have exceeded the given threshold.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Perhaps you can update your following details so we can troubleshoot this?

1. Joomla backend correct login access
2. FTP correct login access
3. Which user didn't update to the expected rank

Backend login access for you is active. One example is user3. I manually changed the number of user points (EasyDiscuss -> Users) to see if everything works, but the problem persists. After crossing the threshold, the rank does not change.

If you manually changed the point from backend Easydiscuss user profile page. the system will not automatically assign the new rank for this user, this user have to perform some action like create new discussion, reply, comment, like and etc, as long as those action can gain the point, the system will re-calculate this user current point and assign to the expected rank for this user.

By the way, I am not really sure how to login on your site in frontend, this is what i always see the screen http://take.ms/yL34P .

The range I set ends at 50 points. I manually set 49 for user3 and I made three votes for 1 point each. The user scored 52 points, but his rank did not change to a higher one.

My offline page didn't have the ability to log in. Now it is possible.

Try to refresh the page. Login fields are just below the text visible on the screenshot.

It seems like that login field doesn't appear on Chrome browser.

By the way, it seems like it did appear on other browser, so I can manage to login now.

I've created a test user 'usertest' on your site and assign to superuser group, because it seems like currently frontend only allow admin to access it.

Based on what i tested, it seems this user `usertest` did automatically get the expected rank after i perform some action on your site.

Perhaps you can provide us this `user3` user account login access so I can troubleshoot this directly.

It okay, it seems like you didn't update us this user `user3` login access, i did updated this user password from backend.

After checked further on this, it seems like that is bug, i've applied some fix over your site regarding this following files.

JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/tables/ranksusers.php
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easydiscuss/views/votes/view.ajax.php

It should work fine now.
