you ftp access also cant upload any file and hitting this error can't open file' permission is denied'

can you give another admin access for you backend and also ftp.

There may have been an issue with my host.. Please try one more time. I used both logins and they seem to be working as intended.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have checked the site and it looks like your template's javascript is clashing with an app on the site. Take a look at the screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/0mlW1GaW

I would strongly suggest that you get in touch with your template provider to look into this.

It seems to have been the sim gallery plugin I was using. It uses a different jquery setup. that part is fixed by removing plugin.. Now the only issue I have is that when i click on certain menu items in the profile page it returns to the main page.. I am sure it is something left over from adding and removing things.. Can you point me in the right direction?
