It seems that we cant access your EasySocial from your backend using given credentials as we hit this error "You are not authorised to view this resource.". Can you proviede us with permission to access your EasySocial from back end? Please advice.

It seems that it's working when i tried to view on your site. May i know that, all user did put all their info on their profile? As i check on profile, it seems that many information is not key-in and after i key-in, it appears as it should as you can see here http://prntscr.com/d2uf3o *note:i have set my gender.

After checking on your user, it seems that almost everyone did not fill in their information.
Maybe you should let all of your required information to set to *required and it will prompt all user to put their info and shown them on "Personal Information"
Please advice.
