User picture and cover photo edit disable

Hi.
I'd like to disable editing of
1) Picture photo
2) Cover Photo
3) I can't have option to add picture in comments

I'd like to have it only for one profile type. Higher types of profiles will have option to change it.
Can you hep me with that?

Unfortunately it is not possible to entirely disable profile avatar and cover edit.
3) I can't have option to add picture in comments
This can only be disabled globally from Settings>General>Comments and is not profile type specific.
