Hello Erik,

Can you please provide us with the Joomla back end access as well as the FTP access so that I can check on the issues on your site?
We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly.

Thanks

Hello Erik,

I can't access your FTP account, the user name and access is incorrect, please advice?
I set your error reporting to simple in global configuration for now.

Thanks

I am having difficulties getting the FTP to work correctly. Would it be ok if I gave you access to the cpanel login where it has a file manager?
