What do you recommend for login times for users? In the global configuration, I have the session time set for 45 minutes with the Session Handler selection as Database. Some of my users would like longer logins, but I'm not sure what security risks I'm creating for the site if I set it for longer. I realize this is not really an EasySocial issue, but I'm wondering if you have input, or could point me in the right direction. Thanks!
I would suggest keeping it at 45 minutes. The risk of having longer idling times isn't really on the server but rather on the user's computer itself. Imagine if the user idles on the web page for too long and someone fiddles around with their computer, they will be able to perform malicious stuffs without the user's consent.
