User logged out when accessing the Forum

Hello!
I have a user who is trying to access the easydiscuss forum on my site. They are reporting that whenever they try to access the forum, they are signed out and sent to the home page. I've tested their account and a superuser account but I am not experiencing the same problem. What might be the problem?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like i was unable to replicate this issue when i access forum page after logged in.

Perhaps you can try ask them record a video how they replicate this issue, it might be help us to understand this issue correctly.
