'User Link' won't toggle off in toolbar

Looks like the 'User' link in the toolbar is 'stuck'! I have toggled it on and off several times and it's just not doing anything. What would your suggestion be? I would like it toggled off.

Hi there,

I suspected that you have enabled this settings http://take.ms/8h7se on your end. Can you try to disabled them and see how it goes.

If still persisted, is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
