The error message appears of EasySocial Member profile pages, i.e: http://www.runeguru.com/community/profile/theredgamer .

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. After troubleshoot quite a while, I've inspected that the error was generated by the Smart Shoutbox Module where when I've disable this module the error does not appear anymore. It seems this module still store the deleted user table. I've take a few time to look at the Shoutbox database where in the shouts table it store the mid=1320 (please refer this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/ghbXPvKSejAs ) it might be the one.
Because of this extension is not belong to our, we really do not know the exact row of table that need to remove. I strongly suggest you to consult this issue to the Smart Shoutbox Module developers?

I contacted the developer and they told me this:-

"It's not related to Shoutbox, it's Joomla who's showing you this message. I can't help you here, sorry.

You probably need to check your database to this user ID, clean cache, clean cookies etc"

They appear to be saying they are not the cause of it.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. It seems the back end login credential is not working anymore. Can you please advise? We also need your FTP and phpmyadmin access so we can try to alter the clk_smartshoutbox_shouts table? Also, can you please make a backup for your site beforehand?
