It seems like you hitting that warning the most probably is because some of the user you deleted, so the system can't found out that user so you getting this warning message in your site. Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this issues? Please advise.

Yes its not display now but when user login first time warning will display.
If i delete user from user manager,will user delete in easy discussion component automatically?

I have tried to create a new registered user from your site, it seems like the warning message didn't appear when i first time login in your discussion page?

Do you mean that when you delete a user from your backend user manager, that mean the user also can delete the Easydiscuss component from your backend?
If yes, you can set the permission only SuperUser have this privilege to access your Joomla backend, so other user don't have the permission to login in your Joomla backend.
