user data to be automatically available to other components installed

Greetings support,

If I want in the future for user data to be automatically available to other components installed, do I need to create matching custom fields for Joomla! users by this I mean corresponding fields in Joomla! user to all the work flow fields in easy social. And how do I make sure these fields are mapped to each other correctly?
