I have a user who cannot save posts when logged in from the front end of Joomla. I can log into her account and have no problem creating and marking save as draft. She cannot save, then sometimes gets 400 error, then cannot access the site. Only diff I can tell is she uses Windows and I use Mac. Both of us are using Chrome.
Hi there,

It seems that it is working fine on my end also as you can see here http://take.ms/uf5gh. Maybe you can provide us with her details for us further check on this issues. You can included them on your thread's optional information.

Please advice.

The user who is having the problem is jenherron. I don't have her password. But, she has the same permissions as user test with a password of jherron, Both accounts have Publisher permissions. She is running Windows and has tried to work using both Chrome and Internet Explorer. She is pasting text in from a Word doc, but also pasted to a text file and then pasted in. But, failure on all counts. What else can I tell you???

Hi there,

Right now, i am also using mac on my end actually. I have asked my colleague to try and replicate this on your site. It seems that we can replicate them on both Easyblog and Joomla articles.

Regarding this, this issues is caused by your web hosting as some of the contents copied from Microsoft words is forbidden to your site and that why you will hit 404 error. There are settings where your server can blocks some of the contents on mod_security functions.

Maybe you can consult with your web hosting service provider regarding this and maybe attached him those contents and see how it goes.

Please advice.

Just thought I'd pass along this response from the host for this web site... You were right on. Thank you. Art

It appears that ModSecurity was preventing the request that was generated when you tried to create your post and due to that your IP was blocked in the firewall.
I unblocked the IP and whitelisted the rule that was triggered and you should now be able to access your website.
