He upload some outside the group and I like his post but his points are still 52.

I think the points stop earning now even though in group, user profile and any kind of stream.

It appears that the issue is occurring due to an sql error. Based on your points history table, the last time recorded point history was on september 26th. Do you recall any upgrades done after that? Perhaps a joomla 3 to 4 upgrade? or sql server upgrade?

Anyway, I will log this in our tracker.
In the meantime, I have helped you apply a temporary fix in the following file.
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/points/points.php

You should continue getting points now on new actions.

I think the point is still give points to users post on the group. When you post audio, video, event and more. User post on the group can't get point. Did you fix it yet or not yet?
