User can't chose "Select Profile Type" but can see this step

Hello.
1) Create few "profile types"
2) Disallow users to change "profile types" and chose it while registration.
3) Try to register.
Result: Uset still can see Step "Select Profile Type". When I click on it it redirect to https://crimson-land.ru/register
Expected result: I suppose "Select Profile Type" step should be hidden.
Hidden.
Thanks for reported, I will log into issue tracker.

Hello. I stil lcan see thos "0 step" (checkmark) but without tooltip at the moment.
Does it designet like that in 3.1.4?
I expected not to see this "0 step" (checkmark) fully Thanks.
