Hi There,

I have Payplans set up to use CAD (Canadian dollar) as it's currency, and an instance of the Stripe app to pass my users transactions to Stripe. Currently, it's set up to use the Test API as the site is still in development. I have a single plan with a cost of $25.

However, when a test user subscribes to a plan, and submits payment via the Canadian test card that Stripe provides, they are charged $25 USD, rather than $25 CAD.

As I mentioned, the Payplan currency is set to CAD rather than USD, and I can't seem to find anywhere else within PayPlan that would be messing this up.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Layne Huber
Hello,

When plan is created currency is set to USD in configuration. (see attached screen shot)
After changing currency in configuration you need to save the plan again to replicate currency changes.

Now i have saved the plan again and currency is updated in plan, now currency updated , please try to complete payment again and check this issue.

Ah, ok. That's good to know.

Thanks! It worked correctly when I tested the form again.
