Not sure what you mean, all works fine. https://www.technet-21.org/en/register-new-user is where to register and the firewall password is correct

you've been looking a the wrong site :-) digital coin is a different issue and yeah and migrating to php7 seems to have messed regitrassions up on digital coin crew but i'm working on that thanks

I have checked them on your site and it seems that all are using Easysocial and i also cannot replicate them currently. May i know which users are you referring to? Please advice.

Its only for one site Technet-21.org if you login to the backend all the info is in the first post, all the members that are waiting for aprooval havn't filled any of the mandatory fields in. it seems to be more and more and i can't replicate either I've triend every thing but the issue i'm having is the memebr that are signing up are not telling me the path they are taking to an error and i don't know what error they are facing so freaking annoying

Checked your site and it is impossible to register without entering those required fields and there are no other place that you can register on your site.

By the way, based on your current data, seems like users that before 15th august can register without entering them. May i know that those settings are changed recently? I am not sure where to check already. Maybe you can ask them how they register and there we can start looking more further.

Nah its been going on for a while now, the only thing that has changed is we have moved to AWS servers, but we don't have any issues on that side. those 9 are only there because when contacted they havn't got back to us with more information

I have they say they get an error but no one has been able to give me a place to look, and its driving me mad to be honest, one thing i did notice is that they are mostly selecting the FR preferred language, but thats the only thing i've noticed that is common, i've also just noticed that the linkedin area isn't working and i'm not sure if that could be it but when i test an account isn't created so i have know idea what to look and there are so many possiblities that i was hopeing that you might have an idea as to where to start

After further check and digging on your site, i found this plugin http://take.ms/u8Rt7. It might be the one that causing this issues. Maybe you can check them and see how it goes.

If not, need to wait for them to clarify on how they register to the site.

That sadly doesn't help me. Users aren't getting back to me with any thing apart from they got an error while signing up no one takes a screen shot whie they sign up, or reads the error.

So what are my option to debug, knowing that i'm in the same situation as you asin i have no info to go by, yet its happenign more and more.

I believed that those users are registered using Joomla itself and let those users to register without entering all those related data on Easysocial profiles. As we dont know how they registered, this http://take.ms/mgvE1 might works. It will always redirected to Easysocial whenever users access Joomla registration.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.
