The following Video Talks are from the Habit Summit held in California in March 2014.

The Talks within the 4 videos covered how to make technology a habit or more addictive.
The key takeaways from watching these videos is the value of the rewards in sustaining addiction within a community. Rewards aren't predictable but there is a high likelihood of rewards being gained through heavier use of a community, and this is where people become more addicted to the community.

There's a lot of information here that can be applied to management of an EasySocial, EasyBlog, or EasyDiscuss enabled community. Community Management follows a simple formula:

People + Process + Technology = Engaged Knowledge Sharing Communities.

These 4 Video Talks are focused on the people aspect of the Community formula. As a Community Admin or Manager you can learn a lot from each of these videos and you'll see that you should spend time getting to know the people you want to engage in your community - through interviews, surveys, polls. Don’t presume you know what your members want. Establish what topics your audience spends most time talking about, and what discussions would get them participating.

After watching these Video Talks I believe everyone can learn something and share something which creates a virtuous circle of knowledge sharing in a community.
