Hi,

I managed to use the EasyBlog upgrade launcher successfully but am now having an issue where it will fail to check for updates from the EasyBlog backend.
Hi there,

You can download my attachment below and place it inside your /administrator/components/com_easyblog/themes/default/structure/ folder and see how it goes.

Hi there,

For some reason the process does not respecting the current view of your easyblog dashboard. I've applied the fix inside your /administrator/components/com_easyblog/themes/default/structure/default.sidebar.js and the version is showing correctly now.

Thanks but I need to apply the fix to another one of my websites (same problem!). What do I need to do?

Looks like that did the job, thanks. Will this be fixed in the next release?

Thanks for updating, glad that your issues are resolved now. Will discuss this with Ezrul and see what went wrong and if we should include a fix in the next release.
