use different/say 2 pictures for each user ?

can i use one standard picture or define a few standard pictures to use for different user group and swich it shown to not registered members/guests, and use only the profile picture for registered users ?

pls forget it. we wont use easysocial frontend for everyone... we only keep it closed. its the easier aproach.
