use different emojies

Hi there,

I'd like to replace the built in emojies with different ones.
Problem is, I don't have them as .GIF files but .PNG

What do I have to do that Komento accepts and reads the PNG-emojies (I'd use the same filenames, but the extension would be different)

Hi there,

I believed that you referring to this https://screencast.com/t/cUr0JrsfTCnt emoji. If yes, in order for you to change them, you can paste your icons inside this folder /html/com_komento/emoticons/emoji_name.png. To change for overall icons, you need to change them here media/com_komento/images/icons/emoji/icons-emoji.png. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

Note: emoji_name.png must use naming conventions included in this folder media/com_komento/images/icons/emoji/emoji_name.png
