URL structure EasyDiscuss

Hi Stackideas Team,

I have a question about the URL structure on EasyDiscuss. Right now I have a fresh installation of the component and all content related to EasyDiscuss shows up in the format mydomain.com/discussions/users or mydomain.com/discussions/tags etc.

I successfully could link the users from discussions with the users (authors) in EasyBlog. However the /discussions/ part is obsolete in my opinion, how do I get rid of it?

Is it you want to remove the /discussions/ only on your URL?

If yes, you can set the EasyDiscuss Frontpage Layout menu item to as homepage and set your Routing behavior to 'Use Menu ItemId Determined By EasyDiscuss' in the SEO settings. https://take.ms/Tnx0r

This is the only way to get rid of the /discussions/ for all EasyDiscuss link.

Or is it you want to get rid of the /discussions/ from the user listing page and tags listing page only?

If yes, you can ignore the step that I mentioned above.

You can just go and create EasyDiscuss Users Layout and Tags Listing Layout menu item only.
