Thanks! I have checked your site and the issue is actually because there are no public menu items to associate with EasySocial and this is why it picks the id of "302", which is the menu item shown here, http://take.ms/NAGdi . However this menu item is restricted to registered users only and the only way to view the link is to login first.

You will need to create a menu item in your hidden menu which links to the profile view and give it a public access if you want to allow anyone to view the profile.

By the way, good job on the layout! I like the site template
