I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue, I've added a fix on your live site and I've enabled the EasySocial URL shortener plugin. Now your JFBConnect should work correctly with url shortener plugin enabled. Please give it a try again. Below is the file I've modified on your site.

JOOMLA/plugins/system/easysocialurl/easysocialurl.php

For anyone that encountered the same issue, please download the attached easysocialurl.php and copy this file to folder 'JOOMLA/plugins/system/easysocialurl' and overwrite the existing 'easysocialurl.php' file.

Remember to backup the original file before you overwrite with the attached file.

The same fix will be added into next release of this URL shortener plugin.

Regarding the com_user login link, may i know where you see this link? Or, can you tell me what is the steps to replicate this issue?
I cant seem to see this link from your site. I tried login with normal user account as well as login using facebook (JFBConnect), but i don't see such link being generated in your site.

Please advise.

I enter this link into the browser line manually.

If the plugin is disabled, the site shows a 404 error. (As it should be, since it a little protects the site from hacking and bots).
If the plug-in is enabled, then a duplicate login page opens (screenshot)

Regarding with your issue, by right when the user manually access this following login link, it should show 404 error right?

http://mysite.com/en/?option=com_user&view=login

Because the correct Joomla user login page is com_users with s.

http://mysite.com/en/?option=com_users&view=login

But now when activate "Easysocial URL" plugin, it didn't populate this page (without s) to 404 page.

Anyway, regarding your issue with the invalid com_user link, I am sorry for the confusion. I've added a fix on your site and now when you access the invalid com_user link, it will now display a correct 404 page.

Please verify again.

The same fix will be added into next release of URL shortener plugin.
