Regarding your inquiry, it is not possible, because any of Easyblog url is followed/refer by menu assigned, which means "/menu" is compulsory.

The only way to achieve it is you have to set EasyBlog as a default page/home page by:
1. Click Menus>Main Menu>Set the Easyblog frontpage as default page/home page
2. Set the SEO (EasyBlog>Settings>SEO>General>Permalink> Simple )

Another possibility may be so:
Only Menu: http://wissen.live/menu/
