You will have to create another hidden menu with easyblog single category menu type with each of your category, I had assume you had chosen the simple URL format in
Backend > EasyBlog > Settings > SEO

also set in
Backend > EasyBlog > Settings > SEO > Advance(tab)
EasyBlog Routing Behavior as Default and the settings as in:

If URL is still not configured properly and world need our assistance please provide us with the Joomla back end access as well as the FTP access so that I can check on the issues on your site?
We actually need these information so that we can debug on your issues quickly.
