How to rewrite url removing the /tags folder?

http://www.anydomain.com/wall-of-fame/tags/xxxxxxxxxx

To

Hey Edmondo,

I am really sorry but unfortunately you can't remove the view from the URL because this is needed so that we can identify which view the viewer is trying to access.
