Hello,

i got this the time i tried to update easysocial:

Installationsdateien werden heruntergeladen...Failed
Der MD5 Hash der heruntergeladenen Dateien stimmt nicht überein. Bitte kontaktiere unser Support Team

How can i do the Update?


And my 2nd Question: Our URL changed. Do i have to put the new URL somewhere? Cause i cant see our feed on our easy social app now.

It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Where exactly can i subscribe? Can i upgrade to easy social 2 after the subscription or do i have to buy something else for that?

Maybe its better to upgrade to easy social 2 right away?

Hello Robin,

Which version of EasySocial are you currently using? By right there wouldn't be any major issue upgrading to EasySocial 2.x. or you could always opt for installing EasySocial 2.x on your site as well. As for your subscription renewal, just hit the renew button on your dashboard as shown here: http://take.ms/6seAX and you're good to go.

Hello Sylvie,

i subscribed now and downloaded the easy social 2.0.14 ZIP. How can i install it now?

Our URL changed from http://koczwara-vertrieb.de/ to http://jo.koczwara-vertrieb.de/ because our new HP is on Shopware now. We just want to keep using easy social.

Can u help me install easy social 2 and make it run properly?

I have checked your site and it looks like you are running on Joomla 2.5 and I strongly suggest that you update your version of Joomla to the latest 3.x.

By the way, I also realized that there are errors on the page which seems to be generated from Widgetkit,

Hello Mark,

can you tell me how to upgrade? I also could give u access to the backend so you could upgrade joomla and install easy social 2.0?

Otherwise ill wait for your instructions because i cant find any "upgrade button" in the backend.

Hello again,

i decided to reinstall Joomla 3.0 with easy social.

The URL is intranet.koczwara-vertrieb.de now. Do you need to change the Domain for easy social? Or does the Feed work anyway?

Nope, you don't have to because subdomains would work just fine.

So why cant i see the newsfeed on my easysocial app? I thought the wrong URL is the reason for that.

perhaps once you have done your new Joomla setup then provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
