URGENT - Upgrade didnt work - website frozen

While upgrading our site i got stuck with step 4, to download the new launcher.

I have installed the new launcher, but now when i go back to try to upgrade, it says its already updated to version .11

However its not, and theres no way to do it again.

Worse is that our website froze, the menus dont work anymore.

Please help us asap since our site is not operational now

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello Eddie,

I have updated EasySocial to the latest version, 1.3.11 for you on the site and also tested that everything seems to be working correctly. Can you give this a try again now?

Hi Mark,

this is working now. But somehow the team banners have dissapeared in the quick view!!

Thats going to create more confusion for our users. Is there a way we can show that again like in the previous version?

Hello Eddie,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The group banner will only display if you click on a group on the sidebar when you are viewing the dashboard. Are you able to reproduce this issue?

Yes i am able to reproduce the issue. Maybe you can log in and have a look?

Whenever a group is selected by using the sitebar, on the right section it just shows "recent updates" but the banner above it is almost always missing.

Sorry for the late reply. Please replace the attached file in: ../components/com_easysocial/views/dashboard/view.ajax.php. This fix will be included in next release.
