Hello,

This type of configuration gives free access to everyone. I use the payplans so that users spend bonus after 30 days of free trial.

Easysocial profile types do not associate with subscription plans in payplans. Currently, I am obliged to manually associate the user with the test subscription of 30 days after his registration in easysocial.

The automatic association (profile easysocial + subscription offers) payplans does not work.

How to automatically associate the type of easysocial profile selected by the user with the subscription offer that the user chooses in payplans?

Because if I associate all the registration manually from the back office, it risks having a lot of error.

I know you are already working on the problem. It's just to better explain it to you.

thank you for your understanding

Hi Georges,
I have tested your EasySocial registration form with Payplan disabled and it seems to be working just fine. Can you try registering again with Payplan disabled and make sure all the fields are filled? If you are successful, then you would have to consult Payplan regarding the blank page.

Is this working for you with Payplans disabled?
