Hi,
after upgrading to EB 5.0.19 i got a serie of bugs, we use sh404SEF, to resolve a specifi url issue we tryed to purge the urls made with this plugin, the sh404SEF rebuild a new urls and for easyblog those are different then the olf generated with the EB3.9 ..

for example for the blog home menu the old url with sh404sef was : /blog/lastest-posts.html
now the url is /blog.html !

can you confirme please ?
we think about restoring old website with EB 3.9
hey jan,

In Easyblog 5, we have removed "use current active menu item" option from SEO routing behavior settings.

When you purge the cached URL from Sh404sef, it will regenerated the new Easyblog URL.

By the way, I have help you changed `blog` menu alias name to `latest-posts`, so the blog menu will appear this URL now /blog/latest-posts.html

I am still working on your site just now, but suddenly auto jump out of your page.
Perhaps I can help you solve this without revert back to Easyblog 3.9.

By the way, I hitting this when I trying to access your backend again :

A username and password are being requested by http://www.xxx.com. The site says: "Restricted Area"

Please advise.

Actually I would like to access your Joomla backend, perhaps you can provide us with your "Restricted Area" username and password, so I can access it and check on this issue.

access is still open on EB5/administrator/index.php
no need for username or password, those ones are used on the root website wich is a restored version.

please find the full url here in the site details.

Hey jan,

I have an ideas, perhaps you can try copy your Easyblog 3.9 site directory folder then setup to another new subdomain e.g. /secondEB5/ , so this time I will help you upgrade to Easyblog 5 and see your previous issue is it still persist ?

Hey jan,

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

Yes, you can remove your current /EB5/ sub site, then copy your existing Easyblog 3.9 site in /EB5/ sub site again.

Keep us updated once you done, so I can help you upgrade to Easyblog 5 and check on your issue.

Hey Jan,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply as we were involved in the preparation for the Joomla conference in Malaysia here.

I've tried to access your development site http://yourDomainName.com/EB5 , but it seems like this website page is not available now.

Please advise.
