I experience the same problem as stated here:

I have cleared all browsers and tried on 2 PC and I still do not get a Publish button, when using full resolution. Only when choosing a resolution <=1024, do I see the Publish button, but then the top tool bar is missing.

I hope you can help me soon, as I have to show the site tomorrow moning here in Europe.
