Hi,

We cannot install your component after just purchasing it. While I appreciate that your product only provides support for 1 domain there was no notification on your site informing me that I needed to ensure that the domain I required support for would be the only one I could successfully install it on. I am working on a staging server with a different domain than the live site - and as such I need to install the component on that domain. I have attempted to install it using the 'pro' method but that fails at step 2 (failed to initialise the database).

Is it possible to change our supported domain from accesseap.com.au to our staging domain - myjoomla.com.au ?

We're keen to get this sorted asap as we're working to ancient deadline. Thanks in advance.

Sure, i have updated your licensed domain to myjoomla.com.au . Please do take note that each Professional subscription only entitles you to 1 support domain. Thank you for understanding.
