hello team
I have a problem when uploading videos
as you will see in the picture, I have this error message
I also have another site on the same server and with same settings and the video upload works normally
you can do something about it?

Thank you
Ilias
Hi llias,

Seems like your ffmpeg path is incorrect http://take.ms/JIoCS where if there is correct path, there error above it will not appear.
Can you consult with your webhosting provider regarding the correct path for your FFMpeg. And make sure your FFMpeg was met the requirement http://take.ms/7sejqo

Is is happen in every video when you try to upload? Perhaps, can you provide us with the video that you want to upload to we can try replicate this?

Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi llias,

Perhaps, can you give us a bit more information about your big video size that you try to upload just now?

Hello
the videos I'm trying to upload are from about 150MB to 500MB at most in capacity
of course the same video goes up in the forum.hereco.gr while in greekcinema.gr does not go up I think it's not a problem in video files i Think!!
try to upload a video 100 or 200 MB and you will see the problem
before I had no problem uploading all videos normally
I don't know why!
maybe with the upgrades that have been done something can be have broken;)

Thank you
Ilias

Hi llias,

Seems I'm able to replicate the error in your site, by uploading video with size 144mb.
Where the error was shown that http://take.ms/soK76 413 Request Entity too Large (Cloudflare), probably there is limit upload in cloudflare.
Can you consult with your webhosting provider regarding this?
