Uploading Video Error

Hi guys,

When I try and upload a video I get the loading section with the percentage and green growing bar but then once that has got to 100% it changes to "encoding your video... null%" why is this?

See attached screenshot of front end error and then the back-end error too.

Can you consult with your current web hosting service provider to provider you valid ffmpeg path as you can see here http://take.ms/fduja.

If still persisted, can you provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? Please advice.
