Hi, I'm finding it frustrating uploading photos via the Quick Post's photo tab on Windows PCs. After selecting an image on my desktop nothing happens. Several re-tries, refreshing the browser, getting in and out of the Quick Post etc. the photo uploads with me none the wiser as to why it worked.

Uploading videos and photos via Android mobile devices is a total fail (haven't tried other OS yet).

Any ideas why this is happening?

We have actually addressed all of the issues with mobile uploads for quick postings on EasyBlog 5.1.9. Are you still experiencing issues with your mobile device?

Is this problem only isolated on Android devices or does this also happen with iPhone devices?

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

Hi Mark, you were right about the mobile uploads. Worked fine after clearing my caches but I still have problem with uploading images when using the Photo tab of the Quick Post feature on Windows PC. It will inexplicably work all of a sudden after numerous retries and going back and forth through other features.

I've stored my site access using the link you provided.

I've tested on your site, it seems like i was unable to replicate this issue upload photo via Windows PC, because i also using Windows laptop + Chrome browser test on this, perhaps you can check my video here and see whether i replicate this issue wrongly?

If i reproduce this issue wrongly, perhaps you can record a video and show us how to replicate? It would help us quickly to replicate this issue and provide the fix for this.

Hi again, don't know why but the problem occurs when redirected page is Community Builder profile page after user login (required in order to post to EasyBlog). After changing the default redirected page to EasyBlog's Quick Post when user login, the problem does not reoccur. Some sort of conflict with CB?

It seems like I know how to replicate this issue in my locally, I already applied some of the fix into your site, it should work fine now, can you give it check?

By the way, this fix will included in next release version as well.
