Hi, I would like to ask if it is possible to share own MP4 Video files without the possibility to use FFMPEG. We are only using hosting without an own server .....
Hi, I would like to ask if it is possible to share own MP4 Video files without the possibility to use FFMPEG. We are only using hosting without an own server .....

Unfortunately it is not possible to upload video files if you didn't setup FFMPEG on your server.

The reason why it required site admin to install FFMPEG on the server is because it rely on this FFMPEG library to encode the video, so for those video can playable on all the current modern browser.

Hi yeah would be nice to be able to upload videos and have some manipulations too I think this would be the "killer" app feature for EasySocial and get into a higher class of social sharing app. similar like the "new" Triller app https://www.triller.co/ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.triller.droid&hl=en_US https://apps.apple.com/us/app/triller-social-video-platform/id994905763

Thanks for your sharing, I would suggest that you should submit this ideas into our EasySocial voice page so that we could see how many user who like this video feature similar like triller app.
