I am using easyblog on our school website and it works great with my joomla admin account. However with one of our publisher users login and try to upload an image or file to a block the upload never completes.

Am I missing something on permissions to allow a user/publisher permissions to upload files to an easyblog post? They are able to create the post, create the image block. they can select a file to upload and it looks like the file transfers but it never actually posts to the block.

Thanks,
David
Hey David,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holidays for us here today.

I've tried to create a new user account in your site and assign this new user under `Publisher` user group, but it seems like I upload image and file work fine, perhaps you can provide us one of the publisher user account so that we can take a look of this issue?

Do you think that it may be related to a proxy server issue we use on our campus? Does the eastblog component access any other urls or domains when a user is uploading a picture?

Thanks,
David

Hey David,

I don't think this is a proxy issue. Perhaps if you can send us the file that they are trying to upload so that we can test this with our account?
