I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. I have checked your site and it looks like the user Riley did not set a proper birthdate as you can see here, http://take.ms/8FbKT .

This was why the system was complaining about an incorrect field. Though I think it would be much more user friendly if the tabs are also highlighted in "red" so that users would know which field is generating errors. Will add this into our internal issue tracker.
