Using Chrome (Mac), I tried to upload a Cover Photo for Group during Create Group, selected a photo and all I see is the status image that keeps on spinning or scrolling. Does anyone having the same issue? It does work fine in Firefox though, since I am developing in FF I don't see much issues like this until a user who's using other browser reports an issue like this.
