I have tried to replicate this issue with your site but it seems like I can upload the avatar and the cover image. Here my screenshot: Screenshot. I'm using Nexus 7 with Chrome browser. Can you try it again and see if this issue is resolved or not? Is there display any error message when you uploading the avatar and the cover image?
