I receive this error when sending an attachment through a conversation "uploaded file exceeds the maximum allowed file size of 3MB." The file I'm uploading is 3.5mb however...

All my profile types have the Photo ACL set to 8mb.
In Joomla System Info, the max_file_uploads is set to 20mb
The post_max_size is set to 64mb
