Regarding your issue, it seems like it has something to do with your France translation for EasySocial. To fix your issue, I've modify below translation language constant:

COM_EASYSOCIAL_ROUTER_PROFILE_LAYOUT_DOWNLOAD="Télécharger"

To:

COM_EASYSOCIAL_ROUTER_PROFILE_LAYOUT_DOWNLOAD="download"

Now the 'Download your information' link should work correctly. Please see attached image.

Hello, thanks for the edit. Where did you submit the English translation? Are there any other strings that shouldn't be translated for easysocial to work well?

For now, there is no need to modify any other translations. But if you do modify/override any of the _ROUTER_ translations, or make changes to menu items structure/alias, you can try purging the SEF cache here(../administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=sefurls). Then load the front-end again to generate back the SEF urls.
