I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It actually requires the ffmpeg binary, you need to get the absolute path to the ffmpeg binary from your hosting company then set that absolute path into your backend > Easysocial > setting > video , you can refer on my attached screenshot below.
