Hi Arlex,

this happens with all files we want to upload. But i just discovered that it works if i change the upload folder. But it works if i chnage the upload folder to "42" in the media manager. The rights are all the same on FTP. So i don't know what's the issue here.
Sorry, i can't give you access to the server.

best regards,
Lars

Hello Lars,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Do you mean it upload successfully when you change the upload folder to "42" in the media manager right? So now you want to know what is that issues? May i have your Joomla backend access so we can access and investigate your issues at here? Because we hard to investigate while you didn't provide us any information . Hope you understand.

Best Regards
Arlex
